Program Description
Enables young people to explore career options while growing personally and professionally. Participants must be ages 14-24 and priority is given to low-income youths and those in foster care. A grant to participating employers covers the cost of wages or wage reimbursement and youths can earn up to $4,000 through the program and may have the opportunity to receive continued or full-time employment.
