Program Description
The Tennessee Certified Recovery Court Program (TCRCP) requires that substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment services are provided under the national standards of the Ten (10) Key Components of Drug Courts and Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards to non-violent offenders who volunteer to participate in a recovery court program.
