Tennessee’s Migrant and Seasonal Farm Worker (MSFW) program helps migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families achieve economic self-sufficiency by offering supportive services to them while they work in agriculture or by helping them to acquire new skills for jobs offering better pay.

If we provide a range of services and supports to improve the living and working conditions of transient agricultural workers and agricultural employers, such as – farmworker rights and labor law information, job search assistance and placement, referrals to other organizations that serve migrant and seasonal farmworkers, etc. – then we will help participants secure good jobs while providing businesses with the skilled workers they need to compete in the global economy.
