Program Description

On-the-Job/Incumbent Worker/Customized Skills Training Services provides, among other services, training for employees when employers need to recruit a large number of workers to stand up or expand operations within Tennessee. In doing so, this program helps support the state’s economic development recruitment strategy. It is administered by TDLWD and implemented through local workforce development areas/boards and organizations.
