Program Description
The Tennessee Public Guardianship for the Elderly program provides conservatorship services to Tennesseans aged 60 or older, with mental or physical limitations, who are unable to manage their own affairs and who have no one willing and able to act on their behalf. This includes decision-making support for personal decisions regarding their health and financial resources.
